Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Every order is carefully prepared before shipping.

Ready-to-Ship Items

• Processed within 2–5 business days.

Custom & Personalized Orders

• Typical production time is 7–14 business days after artwork approval and payment.

• Large, bulk, or specialty orders may require additional production time.

Production time does not include shipping time.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using major carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on your order size and destination.

Tracking Information

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delays

While we work hard to meet every deadline, delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control are not eligible for refunds.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

Orders returned because of an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges before they can be reshipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, She Printz Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the carrier to file a claim if necessary.

Local Pickup

If local pickup is offered, customers will receive an email when their order is ready. Orders must be picked up within 30 days unless other arrangements have been made.
