Custom Order Policy
- Full payment may be required before production begins.
- A design proof may be provided for approval.
- Production starts only after approval and payment requirements are met.
- Custom orders are final sale unless the error is ours.
Artwork Approval Policy
Customers are responsible for verifying:
- Names
- Dates
- Phone numbers
- Email addresses
- Logos
- Colors
- Sizing
- Placement
- Grammar
- Spelling
Approval authorizes She Printz Studio to begin production.
Production & Turnaround Policy
Estimated production times:
- Custom Apparel: 7–14 business days
- Embroidery: 7–14 business days
- DTF Transfers: 3–7 business days
- Laser Engraving: 5–10 business days
- Banners & Signs: 5–10 business days
- Printed Materials: 5–10 business days
- Business Branding Products: 7–14 business days
Rush production may be available for an additional fee.
Bulk Order Policy
Bulk pricing may be available for qualifying orders.
Large orders may require:
- A production schedule
- A deposit before production
- Final payment before shipment
Production timelines for bulk orders are quoted individually.
Local Pickup Policy
Customers selecting local pickup will receive an email when their order is complete.
Please bring:
- Your order confirmation
- A valid photo ID if requested
Orders not picked up within 30 days may be canceled or subject to storage fees.
